Find me on ...

Angie Taylor is a singer, songwriter, speaker, musician, wife and mother. She is very passionate about her walk with God, and it shows through her music. Many of Angie’s songs are heartfelt and moving.

Angie states.. “Music has the power to change us and draw us closer to God. It can heal broken hearts, comfort, and strengthen. It can call us into a time of deep intimate worship. Truly anointed music can usher us into the throne room of God into his presence.”

Angie was raised the youngest of 9 children. She was saved at a young age and soon discovered her deep love for music. She began playing drums at her dad’s tent revivals when she was just 10 yrs old. She is also a keyboardist and wrote her first song at age 15.

In 2004 she recorded her first album “No Greater Love Than This” at Omni Sound Studios in Nashville, TN.

She has also recorded several singles including “Letting Go” with Jeff Nelson Productions and most recently “Everyday is a Gift” recorded by her husband Kevin Taylor.

Truly it is Angie’s desire to always bring glory unto the Lord. She has a unique gift to tell stories through her songs. Her writings include her personal stories as well as others. Some of her most favorite writings are those in which she brings the Bible stories to life. Her song “Now I Can See” tells the story of Blind Bartimaeus.

Angie finds that just sitting at her piano during her time with the Lord is where she finds most of her inspirations. However; during times of great loss/ tragedies in her friend’s lives, she discovered something else. God began to give her songs for them. With tears pouring down her face God began to move on Angie’s heart. She states “ I felt as though he was allowing me to feel their heart and exactly what they felt.” She sat at her piano and immediately there would be a melody followed by lyrics. What truly touched Angie’s heart was the responses to the songs. Many have stated the songs helped them through the difficult times.

One lady told her “the scripture you put in the song was the very scripture my mother used to tell me.” This was so special to her because the song was written after her mother’s passing. The Lord is faithful to give us what we need.

The song “Hold her in your arms” was written for 3 month old baby Mazie diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma cancer. ( By the way God miraculous healed her!)

The song “A Hero Went Home “ was written for a fallen officer. ( A friend of Angie’s husband)

The song “ Worship through my pain” was written for Angie’s friend who lost her mother, sister and husband all within a few months.

The song “ Everyday is A Gift” is Angie’s personal story written about her miracle son born early weighing only 2 lbs 11 oz.

And many more...

It is always Angie’s prayer that she be the hands and feet of Jesus reaching out to the lost and hurting.

I Peter 4:10-11 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; If any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
